Jansen & Heuning - Groningen
As a support role I was able to bridge Jansen & Heuning their busy schedule in the midst of employee holiday leaves. I made several production- and assembly documents for their current designs and designed a climate friendly 'eco diesel' press for one of their clients.
Lilium - Munich
As lead engineer with project bureau Engineero I was able to give them hands-off deliverables when the schedule was tight. The project consisted of a custom trolley, made from largely off-the-shelf parts, for carrying heavy aircraft parts ready to be tested in their wind tunnel. I managed to finish the project from start to finish in two weeks and made the assembly documentation and BOM for their internal workforce to implement.

HAIO machinebouw - Uithuizermeeden
I had the privelege to work side-to-side with the owner on the newest version of her continuous-feed automatic crate filler. Additionally I managed to improve her handmade fabrication process with modular design and LEAN warehousing practices and she tripled her manufacturing output. It needed to be sturdy, fast and endlessly reliable. The farmers for whom this is built can't afford to lose any time during the harvesting season and this machine will meet that challenge.

For the last 9 months I have collaborated with the market leader in corrugate packaging machines. It was a challenging and rewarding project that really helped me to hone my skills and show my expertise in a cutting-edge and low tolerance field. I worked on the latest technology which I can't wait to share.

This company reached out to me to retrofit new motors into their old precision machinery. This included the analysation and minimalisation of revision parts. I designed the revisions and made ready-to-go packages that the installation crew can take on site.

As a continued partnership with the same machine builder they asked me to make a lay-out for their high profile client. I familiarised myself with their way of working and worked out a layout which is approved and going into production.

Partnering with a colleague we designed an one-off food processing machine that is modular, flexibly used and easy to clean and maintain. In line with my own ethics, the machine is not processing any animal products.
